Retreats

Experienced co-facilitators, Plynn Gutman and Elaine Kinney, offer 5-day, self-awareness retreats around the world. Your Liminal Space Retreats provides a holistic, integrated approach in which we ask our guests to deeply examine their lives, using private counseling/coaching and energy sessions, writing, movement, art, meditation and group discussion. A retreat group creates a unique and dynamic opportunity for self-exploration, to resolve relationship issues, make deeper connections and gain new perspectives.

Gather 3-5 others to join you for a special experience. Consider forming a group of friends, family, work colleagues or couples and let Your Liminal Space Retreats coordinate a specialized program designed to help you learn about yourself and others. Discover techniques that can change your life, and set you on a new path.

During our retreats, in-group sessions offer you the opportunity to explore new perspectives and discover self-care tools to implement at home, plus you have time alone to rest, reflect and rejuvenate.

We hold no religious affiliation and purport no single school of thought. Our intention is to support each individual to attain their highest good here and now, and to offer life-affirming ways to move forward in harmony and balance.

Testimonials

A wonderful 5 days of reflection and internal investigation, in a beautiful, natural, and loving environment. As the week went on, the group bonded, enhanced by our group discussions. I learned so much from the other women. I left with renewed energy to face some of my life issues and a feeling of bliss.

This was a very special experience – challenging and thought-provoking but also enormous fun. A wonderful way to step outside everyday life and explore one’s own boundaries in a supportive and professional environment.

I knew I needed a break, but Your Liminal Space knew exactly what kind of break I needed.  The week was intense and emotionally heavy, however, you’re left with a whole new understanding of yourself and how to live for you.
